Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

We know how it is to need that part to get riding or that new accessory to give your machine the extra edge, so we try our hardest to ship the same day whenever possible.  We typically ship your order out the same business day if received by 4:30pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday, however a few items may require a little extra processing time. Typical order processing begins within 10 minutes of receipt of payment notification from PayPal.

We use both UPS and USPS to ship your products in the most efficient manner possible.  Tracking is provided within an hour of your order being boxed.  Orders over $749.99 will require a signature for delivery, this is for your protection to make sure you get your product.

 

Returns Policy

Please contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. (RMA).

Items not accompanied by RMA will be NOT be accepted.

We will gladly issue a complete refund under the following conditions: 

  • PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST
  • RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT
  • ALL CONTENTS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN SALEABLE CONDITION
  • REFUND ON MERCHANDISE ONLY
  • A 15% RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY CLEARANCE PRICED ITEMS

We do carry a few items that cannot be returned. They include: items with expiration dates that have expired such as flares, charts, annual publications; items registered to the user such as boats, motors, EPIRBs, PLBs, SPOT, Class B AIS, life rafts; customized items such as rigging, and boat covers; computer software, electronics charts, service manuals, installations videos, aerosol cans/paints, and carry-on air conditioners are not returnable/refundable. For electronics we will help you contact the vendor for assistance or repair.

We will send you return address when we supply you with the RMA#. Please write the RMA # near return label to better assist distribution center with your return.
